Chelsea forgotten man Lewis Baker set to end SIXTEEN YEAR spell with club by joining Stoke on free transfer this month

CHELSEA outcast Lewis Baker is set to finally depart Stamford Bridge, according to reports.

The midfielder, 26, has spent 16 years at Chelsea after first joining the academy in 2005 from Luton.
