Sefton stabbing investigation: Man charged with murder after ‘domestic-related stabbing’ of 63-year-old


A Sydney man will face court after a domestic violence-related stabbing in the city’s southwest.

Emergency services were called early on Saturday morning to a Sefton home that the 58-year-old shared with a 63-year-old man who had been stabbed in the neck.

The wounded man was hospitalised in a serious condition before dying.

Police arrested the 58-year-old at the home and charged him with intent to cause grievous bodily harm, which was subsequently revised to a murder charge.
