Lieutenant Kunal Ghangas says the Australian Defence Force is looking to increase to “about 101,000 people” serving full-time across the defence force by 2040.
Defence Force Recruiting is currently hosting one of the Australian Defence Force’s largest careers fairs to showcase opportunities and roles available.
“The idea is we have real-life Australian Defence Force members that people in Melbourne can come and have a chat to, rather than just looking at websites and job profiles,” Lt Ghangas told Sky News Australia.
