Prime Minister Anthony Albanese has hit back at criticisms claiming he has spent too much time away from Australia, saying he has not had a day off “for a very long time”.
He said it was important to attend the Quad leaders’ meeting shortly after he was elected as Prime Minister, and it wasn’t his decision to hold the election on May 21.
