Poll reveals a drop in Palaszczuk’s public approval to its lowest level since pre-COVID


Recent polling suggests Queensland Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk’s public approval has dropped to its lowest level since before the COVID-19 pandemic.

The YouGov poll found half of Queenslanders surveyed thought Ms Palaszczuk “enjoys the high life” – yet just as many believe she works hard in her role.

Despite this, Ms Palaszczuk still maintains a significant lead over Opposition Leader David Crisafulli by 41 to 28 per cent in the preferred premier poll.

The poll also revealed public satisfaction dropped while dissatisfaction rose.
