Australia’s Trade Minister has accused the Morrison government of damaging the relationship with Beijing after he was snubbed by his Chinese counterpart.

Trade Minister Don Farrell says the Albanese Government is continuing to improve relations with Beijing despite his own failing to meet his Chinese counterpart.

Canberra’s ties with Beijing have significantly weakened over the past two years following China’s repeated trade sanctions on key Australian industries including wine, beef and barley.
