Foreign Affairs Minister Penny Wong says China has a “special responsibility” to uphold the UN Charter and international law and has an opportunity to do so.

Ms Wong’s remarks come after she recently urged China to use its position as a partner of no limits with Russia to help possibly influence the course of the war, to end the war with Ukraine.
