LAPD will no longer be investigating Anne Heche’s fiery Los Angeles car crash after her death

The investigation into Anne Heche’s August 5 car crash will come to an end after it was confirmed the actress died Friday from injuries sustained in the crash, according to the Los Angeles Police Department. 

The  crash was being investigated as a possible felony. 

‘As of today, there will be no further investigative efforts made in this case,’ the LAPD said in a statement.
