At least three killed in explosion at market in Armenia’s capital


Explosions have ripped through a fireworks warehouse at a market in Armenia’s capital Yerevan, killing at least three people and injuring more than 60 others.

Rescue workers and volunteers are searching for victims who may be trapped under concrete and twisted metal.

The explosions set off a large fire which took crews hours to get under control.

Investigations are underway to determine what caused the fireworks to detonate.
