A teenage girl’s head was pushed out of the way seconds before at least one assassin fired more than a dozen shots into the back of a car killing two women.

Gangster Lametta Fadlallah, 48, and her hairdresser friend Amy Hazouri, 39, were sitting in the back of a silver Toyota four-wheel drive outside the older woman’s Panania home in Sydney’s south-west when they were set upon on Saturday night just before 9pm.
