Former AFL player Eddie Betts shares details about being asked to leave a public swimming pool with his child because he is Indigenous.

It follows an external review commissioned by the Hawthorn Football Club revealing key figures at the club.

Former players allege the club separated Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander players from their families and even pressured one couple to terminate a pregnancy for career advancement.

“We grew up with this stuff. It’s not just the AFL system, it’s all these systems,” Mr Betts.
