Vladimir Putin has ‘bred a sick culture’ in Russia

Sky News host Andrew Bolt says there is a question of whether the world “should be panicking” after Russian President Vladimir Putin’s threat of nuclear war.

“In fact, on Russian state tv this week a pro-Putin presenter and a Member of the Russian parliament said Putin should have dropped a nuclear bomb on London on Monday during the Queen’s funeral,” he said.

Mr Bolt said Mr Putin had bred a “sick culture” in Russia – one the United Nations has recently condemned.

He discussed the issue with former US Army Chief of Staff General Jack Keane.
