Airlines and airports prepare for busy weekend


More than 600,000 people are expected to pass through airports this weekend ahead of the AFL Grand Final and September school holidays.

Tourism and Transport Forum CEO Margy Osmond says we are seeing “a lot more people fly out of Australia then we are seeing fly in”.

“If they’re saying to you be there 90 minutes in advance, do it. Be there in advance,” Ms Osmond told Sky News Australia.
