Queensland Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk reveals next move in preparation for the 2032 Olympic Games in Brisbane


Queensland Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk has announced an initiative which will allow the state to prepare for the Olympic Games in 2032. 

Brisbane is set to host the Olympic and Paralympic Games in 2023, from July 23 to August 8, with the Queensland government on a mission to plan for the event a decade ahead of time.

The Queensland capital will become the third Australian city to stage an Olympics, after Melbourne in 1956 and Sydney in 2000.
