Serbia, Kosovo agree to avoid further escalation: Borrell


BELGRADE, Serbia 

European Union foreign policy chief Josep Borrell announced late Wednesday that Serbia and Kosovo have reached an agreement to avoid further escalation over a dispute related to car license plates.
