DC Karen banned from Uber after berating black driver in racist outburst


A Washington, DC, woman is being branded a ‘Karen’ after video surfaced of her hurling racist insults at her black Uber driver Wednesday morning.

The expletive laden encounter was recorded by a passerby and has since gone viral – and ultimately led to the woman being banned from the ride-sharing app later that day.

Neither the driver nor the rider have been publicly identified. DC police, meanwhile, are looking into the incident, which saw the customer repeatedly slam the driver as a ‘slave’…
