Black Friday overtakes Boxing Day as biggest sale event of the year

Australians are likely to spend an extra $3-4 billion this month as Black Friday and Cyber Monday pre-Christmas sales test consumers’ wallets and their capacity to absorb prices.

Sky News Australia Business Editor Ross Greenwood said Black Friday to Cyber Monday sales now outperform the Boxing Day sale.
