Why Schoolies are leaving celebrations EARLY

Despite fears of a drugs and violence rampage on the Gold Coast, teenagers attending this year’s Schoolies are being labelled the best-behaved group ever as some even leave the often wild Year 12 celebrations early after contracting Covid-19.

Videos posted to social media on Thursday show many students who had arrived to party have been confined to their rooms instead because of Covid outbreaks.
