Digital parking signs rolled out in parts of Sydney for simpler driving


Digital parking signs have been rolled out in parts of Sydney in a trial designed to make parking simpler.

The signs have been installed around Chalmers St, Surry Hills between Cleveland St and Devonshire St for an 18-month trial.

More are expected to be installed around Elizabeth St, between Park St and Liverpool St.

The digital screens, powered by solar, show the different clearways, restricted parking zones and bus zones according to the time of day.
