Former President Donald Trump will be speaking in Alabama tonight, an appearance that comes just days after he was indicted on charges of trying to overturn the results of the 2020 election.
Trump will be speaking at the Alabama Republican Party’s 2023 Summer meeting at the Renaissance Montgomery Hotel. The evening starts with a 6 p.m. reception followed by dinner and Trump’s remarks at 7 p.m. A sold-out crowd is expected.
Trump will be introduced by Alabama Sen. Tommy Tuberville.
