After he and Kaitlyn Bristowe confirmed they had called off their engagement, the Bachelorette alum penned a short message sharing how he’s been doing.
“Thank you for the support and love over the years,” Jason began in a trio of Aug. 6 Instagram Stories posts featuring him and Kaitlyn. “I will forever be grateful for this beautiful person that was brought into my life. Beyond heart broken. Please be kind as we go through our individual journeys to heal.”
