A new docuseries on Netflix has left viewers vowing to overhaul their lifestyles after binge-watching the episodes.
Live to 100: Secrets of the Blue Zones was released on August 30 on the streaming giant, with its explorations motivating many fans to start making better food choices, exercising more and exploring nature to aid in living a long, healthy life.
