Judge asked to sanction Trump for allegedly frivolous legal filings

NEW YORK — New York Attorney General Letitia James asked a civil judge on Tuesday to impose sanctions against Donald Trump and his attorneys, saying they improperly relied on already rejected arguments in seeking the dismissal of a $250 million lawsuit against the former president.
