Two males have died in a horror crash after their automotive rolled down a hill close to the NSW and Victoria border, with their wreckage left undiscovered for hours. 

The boys had been travelling alongside Corryong-Benambra Street in Benambra, 424km northeast of Melbourne, when its believed their automotive crashed right into a fence belonging to a personal property in some unspecified time in the future on Friday evening or early on Saturday morning.

The automotive rolled down a hill, with the wreckage being found at 3.30pm on Saturday by members of the general public. 

The 2 males had been discovered lifeless on the scene and have but to be formally recognized.  

Police have launched an investigation into the precise circumstances surrounding the crash.
