A gaggle of youngsters who had been on a schoolies journey narrowly escaped with their lives after a tree department speared by the windscreen of their automobile. 

The terrifying second occurred close to Lake McKenzie on Ok’gari (previously Fraser Island) off the coast of Central Queensland, final Wednesday afternoon. 

The group of 4 women had been heading again to their resort at Eurong, a 40-minute drive east of Lake McKenzie, when the large department crashed into the car’s windscreen and plunged into the headrest of the entrance passenger seat. 

Fortunately, the passenger in the front seat managed to get out of the way when the tree branch crashed into the vehicle and speared through the head rest of the front passenger seat

Mr Gourley stated paramedics assessed the ladies earlier than they spent the night time with members of the youth group on the resort.
