BAE-Backed Air Astana Applications to File in London, Kazakhstan

Air Astana said that it designs to lift $120 million and itemizing on the London and Kazakhstan stock exchanges, in a go established to incorporate issues just like the sale of stock held by BAE Items.

Central Asia’s biggest airline by present market share reported Friday that the presenting would contain the sale of shares and international depositary receipts, or GDRs, held by BAE Methods (Kazakhstan) and sovereign prosperity fund Samruk-Kazyna, or SK. Each GDR represents 4 shares.
