An American Airways crew member was seen on video as he used duct tape to restrain the unnamed man’s legs in addition to flex cuffs for his palms
‘Me and 5 different dudes needed to wrestle him into the aisle, duct tape his legs, and throw flexi-cuffs on him.’
He later shared an image of the person being led off the plane by police with the caption: ‘Girls and gents, we obtained him!’

A spokesperson for American Airways instructed Dailymail.com: ‘American Airways flight 1219 with service from Albuquerque (ABQ) to Chicago (ORD) returned to ABQ shortly after takeoff as a result of a disturbance within the cabin involving a disruptive buyer.
‘The flight landed safely and the plane was met by native regulation enforcement upon arrival.’
