He grew up in Ohio and was immersed in music at a younger age. Carmen first broke out with the Raspberries having a number of hit songs, together with “Go All The Manner,” earlier than the band broke up and he ventured into his personal profitable solo profession. Along with “All by Myself” and “Hungry Eyes,” he was identified for different hits similar to “By no means Gonna Fall in Love Once more, “Virtually Paradise” and “She Did It.”
Kiss frontman Paul Stanley lamented the lack of Carmen in a social media post.
“Though identified to many for writing radio hits like “All By Myself” and others, Eric was a real rocker at coronary heart,” Stanley wrote. “His voice had components of McCartney and Steve Marriott. The Raspberries did exhibits with us. A killer band stay & I beloved their information.”
