The Dali cargo ship which smashed into the Key Bridge suffered a ‘extreme electrical downside’ whereas docked in Baltimore days earlier than, in line with a port employee. 

Julie Mitchell, co-administrator of Container Royalty, an organization which tracks cargo, informed CNN the ship was anchored on the port for 2 days earlier than.
