‘They’re wiping their palms of it and I do not really feel there’s any security protocols in place in anyway,’ she advised MailOnline.

‘We spent 40 minutes holding on for our lives, listening to  and there is been no communication, and no person has checked if we’re doing okay.

‘We had been traumatised. I used to be in shock. They usually assume that our lives weren’t in danger. It is insane.’ 

Mom-of-two Mrs Burt, 48, and college pal Mr Dunning had made for the Cretaz chairlift in the direction of the tip of the day on Thursday as visibility started to dip.
