Israeli officer claims Gaza strike that killed Brits ‘grave mistake’ | Information

Israel‘s highest-ranking army officer apologised for making a “grave mistake” after seven World Central Kitchen (WCK) help employees, together with three Brits, have been killed in a strike in Gaza.

Herzi Halevi, Chief of the Common Employees of the Israel Protection Forces, mentioned the strike “was not carried out with the intention of harming WCK help employees.”

“It was a mistake that adopted a misidentification – at night time throughout a battle in very complicated situations. It should not have occurred,” he claimed.

UK residents John Chapman, 57, James Henderson, 33, and James Kirby, 47, have been among the many seven folks named by WCK as having died when the IDF struck their three-car convoy.
