KEARNS — A 19-year-old unlicensed driver who allegedly brought on a deadly crash whereas alcohol and marijuana have been in her system is dealing with prices.
Yanet Morales, of Taylorsville, was charged Tuesday in third District Court docket with negligently working a automobile leading to demise, a second-degree felony; DUI, a category B misdemeanor; not having a license and failing to yield the correct of method, each infractions.
On Feb. 17, Morales made a left flip in her Ford Focus, on the intersection of 6200 South and 5600 West, into the trail of an oncoming Toyota Highlander, in response to charging paperwork.
