Zoe Ball has revealed her mom has died following a heartbreaking most cancers diagnoses as she paid tribute to her ‘expensive mama’. 

It comes simply days after Zoe, 53, revealed mom Julia had been moved right into a hospice following  a pancreatic most cancers prognosis final month.
