Testimony to renew as Trump trial enters its 4th week


The fourth week of Donald Trump’s felony trial in New York begins Monday as prosecutors look to construct on emotional testimony from an ex-aide to the previous president.

Hope Hicks, Trump’s prime communications aide from 2015 to early 2018, testified on Friday about how she and others in Trump’s orbit dealt with revelations concerning the “hush cash” funds made to 2 ladies earlier than the election.

Hicks grew to become choked up on the stand after acknowledging that Trump appeared involved about how allegations associated to grownup movie star Stormy Daniels may need affected his electability.

She recalled his response to information of a payout to Daniels popping out in 2018, when he was president.
