Academics are being ’emotionally blackmailed’ into taking up extreme workloads, a union boss will declare at present.

Stuart Hunter, president of the Scottish Secondary Academics’ Affiliation (SSTA), is to name for employees to refuse to work past their contracted 35-hour week.
