A person has died and one other is helping police with their inquiries following a confrontation inside an residence. 

Paramedics on Wednesday rushed to the unit on Richmond Avenue in Auburn, Sydney’s west, about 7.30pm, however had been unable to avoid wasting the critically injured man.

‘NSW Ambulance paramedics handled a person, however he died on the scene.’ NSW Police stated in an announcement.
