Juvenile dies in West Jordan bike crash on Mountain View Hall

WEST JORDAN — A juvenile died after shedding management of his bike on Mountain View Hall close to 9100 South early Saturday.

About 7:08 a.m., police responded to studies of a deadly crash involving a motorbike and a juvenile. They later decided the bike was a motorbike.

“From my very own perspective, rolling up on an accident the place you’ve gotten a juvenile, it is one of many worst issues you may see as an officer. …These are all the time arduous for the officers, arduous for the paramedics, arduous for everyone who’s on scene,” stated West Jordan Police Sgt. Andrew Hercules.

Hercules stated it appeared the driving force misplaced management of the bike and crashed. He stated investigators had been nonetheless working to find out if climate or velocity performed an element within the crash.

The crash didn’t contain some other autos, Hercules stated, and the rider was pronounced useless on the scene.
