A wildfire that pressured 1000’s of residents from their houses in western Canada’s oil sands hub of Fort McMurray earlier this month is now underneath management, Alberta officers mentioned Wednesday.

About 6,600 residents in 4 neighborhoods have been ordered out for a number of days as fierce winds whipped flames near the neighborhood.
