The youngsters being lured to battle on TikTok

Fighters belonging to breakaway teams related to Colombia’s largest insurgent motion are posting movies on TikTok to entice younger folks to hitch them.

The BBC has investigated the expansion of guerrilla “recruitment” movies, with dissident factions but to conform to a peace cope with the Colombian authorities.

“One or two begin the pattern and it turns into modern within the classroom,” says Lorena (not her actual identify), a 30-year-old trainer in Cauca, a rural area in south-western Colombia.
