Real Madrid are reportedly interested in signing Liverpool star Trent Alexander-Arnold during the summer transfer window.
The 25-year-old – who has spent his entire career at Liverpool – has been linked with the Spanish giants in the past, but a deal never materialised.
Given Alexander-Arnold has entered the final year of his contract, it comes as no surprise that Real Madrid have reignited their interest.
However, what may surprise Liverpool fans is that Alexander-Arnold is said to be interested in the move to the Spanish capital.
According to BILD, Madrid’s interest in Alexander-Arnold is ‘concrete’ and the England international is also open to a move to the LaLiga side.

However, should Alexander-Arnold remain at the club this season – having not yet agreed to a new deal – he could leave for free next summer.
As it stands, Alexander-Arnold has made 310 appearances for Liverpool, scoring 19 goals in all competition for the Reds.
He also also won the Premier League, Champions League, FA Cup and Carabao Cup twice with the Mersyside club.
Alexander-Arnold has also represented his country 29 times, with his most recent outings coming during England’s 2024 Euro campaign.
Alexander-Arnold started England’s first two Euros group games in central midfield, despite right back being his most regular position at club level.
The Liverpool star also scored a penalty during England’s shootout against Switzerland, but he failed to make an appearances during the final with Spain.
