A pager exploded at a store counter in Beirut as units concurrently detonated in Lebanon and Syria on Tuesday, 17 September.

Lebanese safety sources claimed that Israel’s spy company Mossad planted explosives in 1000’s of pagers utilized by militia group Hezbollah months earlier than they exploded, killing 9 and wounding virtually 3,000.

A second safety supply claimed as much as 3g of explosives had been hidden within the units that went “undetected” by Hezbollah for months.

The Iran-backed militant group has vowed to retaliate towards Israel, whose army declined to touch upon the blasts.
