A trainee pilot has escaped damage after crashing throughout a ‘low-speed runway tour’ at a Royal Australian Air Drive base.
It is understood the coed was controlling a PC-21 Roulette airplane when it crashed on the RAAF Base in East Sale, south-east Victoria, on Thursday.
The trainee was taken to the base medical centre for evaluation however was not injured within the crash.
The incident will likely be investigated.
