Ricky Gervais Mourns Death of Business office Costar Ewen MacIntosh

Ricky Gervais is remembering his former costar.

The Place of work U.K. creator paid out tribute to a single of the show’s actors Ewen MacIntosh, who has passed absent at the age of 50.

“Exceptionally unfortunate information,” Gervais wrote on X, formerly recognised as Twitter, Feb. 21. “The quite humorous and quite attractive Ewen Macintosh, known to quite a few as ‘Big Keith’ from The Office environment, has passed absent. An absolute unique. RIP.”

Fellow co-creator Stephen Merchant also remembered the legacy of the actor and comedian.

“So extremely unhappy to listen to of Ewen MacIntosh’s passing,” he shared on X. “A beautiful, uniquely funny gentleman who played Keith in The Office environment. So hilarious when we asked him to improv a voicemail message that we wrote extra dialogue for him, and he stole just about every scene he was in. A whole just one-off. A tragic loss. RIP.”
