Amid this, a fake photo of Priyanka Chopra posing on the red carpet surfaced on the internet, which was reportedly AI-generated by a fan. In the picture, the actress was seen dressed in a beige and pink-hued gown paired with a diamond and emerald necklace. Her outfit looked quite similar to Aishwarya’s old look on the red carpet. The photo was shared on Priyanka’s fan page with a caption, which can be read as:
“Priyanka at Cannes 2024!”

Meanwhile, her husband, Nick, recently shared that he caught influenza A, which caused him to cancel everything on his work front. Needless to say, their fans missed seeing the couple spreading their magic on the red carpet.

Priyanka Chopra Jonas made her debut at the Cannes Film Festival in 2019 as she walked the red carpet with her husband, Nick Jonas. For the unversed, it was her first and only appearance at the event ever. For the event, Priyanka opted for a shimmery body-hugging gown featuring a thigh-high slit and paired it with huge danglers. Her outfit was designed by Lebanese designer, Georges Hobeika. The actress completed her look with nude makeup and left her hair open in wavy curls.

Priyanka Chopra had a wardrobe malfunction at Cannes 2019
However, not many know that Priyanka suffered a malfunction moments before she posed for the paps. Recalling the moment, PeeCee once shared some throwback photos from the event but deleted them later for the reasons best known to her. Alongside it, she penned a caption and revealed that when she was heading to the film festival, the zipper on the back of her vintage Roberto Cavalli gown ripped. However, she added that her glam team came to the rescue in a matter of minutes. She had penned:
“I may look chill on the outside here, but little did everyone know I had just been freaking out on the inside. The delicate zipper to this vintage @roberto_cavalli dress broke as they were zipping it up minutes before I had to leave for the red carpet at Cannes last year. The solution? My amazing team had to sew me into the dress on the way in the 5 minute car ride!”
On the work front, Priyanka Chopra wrapped up the shooting of the film, Heads Of State.
