Pakistani cricketer, Shoaib Malik took the world by storm when he announced that he had tied the knot for the third time. In January 2024, he took to his official Instagram account and shared a collaborative post with his new wife, Sana Javed, announcing his marriage to her. Ever since then, the couple has been facing constant backlash as the two never clarified where they stood with their previous respective spouses. However, Shoaib and Sana do not pay much heed to such noises around them and continue to lead their lives on their own terms.

Recently, Shoaib and Sana took to their respective Instagram accounts and shared a few glimpses from their first international trip together after their marriage. The couple has seemingly been honeymooning in New York City. In the picture shared by Sana, the two were seen dressed in comfy warm winter wear and posing in front of NYC’s cityscape. Another glimpse posted by the cricketer featured the duo lovingly posing on a bridge as they enjoyed the rainy weather of the city.

Shoaib Malik posts pictures from a beach
A day prior to posting pictures from New York City, Shoaib shared a few glimpses of himself from a beach. The Pakistani cricketer wore a printed shirt paired with trousers for his outing. Shoaib accessorised his outfit with a multistranded bracelet and a cool pair of sunnies. He held an umbrella as he posed for the lens. However, his wife was missing from these pictures.
When Shoaib Malik and Sana Javed celebrated their first Eid together
Earlier, in April 2024, Shoaib and Sana celebrated their first Eid al-Fitr. The newly married couple had taken to their respective social media accounts to commemorate some special moments from their first Eid. In the pictures, Sana was seen decked up in an embroidered saree, while Shoaib complimented his wife in an all-black Pathani suit. In the monochromatic post, the two posed mushily for the lens, wherein they embraced one another while looking lost in each other’s eyes. Sana and Shoaib also wished their followers “Eid Mubarak”. This post was followed by additional colour photos of the couple wearing the same attire.

While Shoaib and Sana celebrated Eid with much pomp, netizens did not hold themselves back from asking the Pakistani cricketer about celebrating the festival with his son. Shoaib, who was previously married to Indian tennis player, Sania Mirza for over a decade, had a son, Izhaan, with her in 2018. Prior to marrying Sania in 2010, the Pakistani cricketer had said ‘qubool hai’ for the first time in 2002 to a woman named Aisha (Maha) Siddiqui. Meanwhile, Sana Javed got married to Pakistani singer Umair Jaswal in 2020. Without announcing their divorce publicly, Shoaib and Sana got married in an intimate nikkah ceremony. However, later, Sania announced that she had parted ways from Shoaib Malik a few months ago.
