Kangana Ranaut reveals whether she would be quitting films after winning Lok Sabha seat
In a recent interaction with AajTak, Kangana Ranaut was asked whether she planned on leaving the film industry, after she wins the Lok Sabha seat in Mandi. In her response, while the diva admitted that the idea isn’t bad at all, she also revealed how several filmmakers have requested her not to leave the films, as she is a talented and capable actress. In her words:
“Yes… mujhe bohot saare filmmakers kehte hain ki humare paas ek acchi heroine hai, please mat jao. Main acchi acting karti hoon, par chalo voh bhi ek accha compliment hai. I take it in my stride.”

Kangana Ranaut declared her assets worth Rs. 91 crore while filing her candidature
On May 14, 2024, Kangana Ranaut finally filled nomination in Mandi, for which she declared an enormous value of her assets in total. The diva, who claimed to have assets worth Rs. 91 crore, that included a significant share of both tangible and intangible goods. Moreover, she also listed down Rs. 5 crore worth of jewellery, as well as three massive properties and a luxurious garage of expensive, high-end cars.
Kangana made a drastic comparison between herself and Amitabh Bachchan during a political speech
A few days back, Kangana Ranaut grabbed limelight, due to some of her shocking statements during a political speech she gave at a rally for her party. She ended up making a drastic comparison between herself and the legendary actor, Amitabh Bachchan and remarked how the two of them command the same kind of respect from the audience. In her words:
“Sara desh hairaan hai, ki wo Kangana, chahe Rajasthan chali jau, chahe mai West Bengal chali jau, chahe mai Delhi chali jau, chahe mai Manipur chali jau, aisa lagta hai ki mano itna pyaar aur itna sammaan… Mein daave se keh sakti hu ke Amitabh Bachchan ji ke baad aaj kisiko industry me milta hai to wo mujhe milta hai.”
