The adorable duo, who fell in love during their stint in Bigg Boss 14 enchanted everyone with their unmissable chemistry and mushy gestures for one another. Moreover, once they exited the show, both Eijaz and Pavitra never shied away from proclaiming their feelings for one another. In a recent interaction with the Hindustan Times, Eijaz Khan reflected on his life post breakup from his ex-girlfriend, Pavitra Punia. The actor remarked how he now wishes to prioritise himself over everything else, and is on the lookout for peace and authenticity above all. Retrospecting how much he feels blessed for whatever life has thrown towards his way, Eijaz said:
“I will tell you where I am right now. Realising that the only way I am going to find peace is by being an authentic person. I have a conscious, I have a sub conscious. Now I need to know Eijaz in the subconscious. When there is a harmony, there will be peace. I will not say that I am happy but God has been extremely kind.”

Eijaz reveals he has been productively busy in work after his breakup
Continuing with the same line of thought, Eijaz Khan revealed how he feels thankful that he had abundance of work to cater to, at a time when his personal life hit an all time low. The actor added how it was work itself that made him re-align his purpose and look towards a better side of his life, rather than pondering over the past and calculating what went wrong. Eijaz further mentioned while he cannot claim to live the best time of his life, nonetheless, he has understood himself more than ever. In his words:
“At a very crucial time in my life, the universe made sure that I was busy, that I was working. If I was sitting at home, I don’t think I would be alive by now. Not only because it (working) diverted my mind, but I really believe that a man can overcome any adversity and dark phase in his life by aligning it to a better purpose, which is what I also tried. No bullshit about being happy or single, no statements like ‘I am having the best time of my life’. I’d just say that I’m growing and I understanding myself more that ever before.”

Pavitra Punia addressed the reason behind her breakup with Eijaz Khan
Previously, in an interaction with ETimes TV, Pavitra Punia opened up on her side of the story, concerning her breakup with Eijaz Khan. The actress indirectly addressed the matter and requested to be granted privacy at the most difficult moments of her life. In her words:
“I really feel for my fans and I am connected with them. I really request everyone to be calm and composed and give us privacy. Please support me in whatever I am doing and support Eijaz also and let peace be there. Whatever happens, it happens for a reason. I am really keen and focussed towards my career right now. I’ve just lost my father, he was my biggest support. For me, no marriage right now, I just want to take care of my family. Jab do log ek rishte mein hote hain. They know what happened between them and they are not comfortable talking about it as we are educated and sensible enough to maintain privacy and respect for each other.”
