Kim Zolciak calls cops on ex Kroy Biermann AGAIN as she accuses him of taking her cellphone and ‘screaming all day’… amid ugly divorce

Kim Zolciak called the cops on estranged husband Kroy Biermann once again, this time accusing him of taking her cellphone.

Police were seen arriving to the Real Housewives of Atlanta star, 46, and the former NFL player’s, 38, house in a body camera video. The incident took place in late April.

Officers were dispatched to the pair’s home — which is currently facing foreclosure — for a domestic disturbance call, as per TMZ.  

The reality star — whose ex accused her of being a ‘narcissist’ and ‘f***ng other men’ in another explosive fight caught on police cameras last year — accused her spouse of taking her cellphone and locking himself in the master bedroom.

‘This is absolutely absurd that I have to deal with this nonsense. I deal with it every single day. Screaming all day. Yelling all day. Losing his mind all day. Taking my belongings. It’s just, enough is enough,’ she told officers. 

Because a recent court order instructs the estranged spouses to keep to their halves of the house, Kim told officers she could not go and get her phone back from Kroy, and that he would not give it back.

Zolciak — who has previously called Kroy’s behavior ‘diabolical’ and ‘erratic’ and suggested he might be suffering from CTE — clarified that nothing physical occurred between her and Kroy that evening. 

While talking to officers Kim discussed her ‘horrible divorce’ and said Kroy has been going through her personal stuff.

The cops are then seen attempting to talk to Kroy through the bedroom door, after he refused to come out.

He was heard denying that he had Kim’s phone, and said he didn’t know where it was.

Because Kim — who recently faced backlash for implying Kroy had died in a now-deleted ‘RIP’ post — was not able to show a copy of the court order, and there was no physical altercation, nothing was accomplished by the end of the visit.

She also repeated that Kroy has been ‘screaming and yelling all night’ in her 911 phone call, adding, ‘I feel so violated. I have divorce stuff in there, I have so many things in there,’ seemingly in reference to her phone.

‘Going through my phone is insane. I have nothing to hide, but it’s just… there is no privacy,’ she said in a tearful voice.

When asked if she or anyone else was in danger, she replied, ‘I don’t know what he’s gonna do. He’s not coming out. He’s not responding.’

This is not the first time Kim has made an accusation about Kroy going through her things.

Kim previously called police to their home after Kroy had locked himself in the couple’s bedroom, allegedly refusing his estranged wife entry.

Once police arrived, Kroy — who refused to show his face from behind the bedroom door — handed over Kim’s medications and some cosmetics, as well as a comforter.

Kroy had again holed himself up in the bedroom in late September, when Kim again called police.

She said that the football player had taken her two cell phones in the bedroom with himself and was refusing to give them back to her.

Police ultimately got him to hand over the phones, and Kim slept in a separate bedroom with the door locked for privacy.

And in November cops showed up to the home after the pair had an explosive fight and one of their kids called 911.

Video recorded at the scene of the fight shows Biermann screaming at Kim as officers arrive to break up the argument.

In the footage Kroy accuses his estranged wife of being a ‘narcissist,’ and he even shouts that she has been ‘f***ing other men.’

When the officer asks what is happening between the two, Biermann replies in an almost cheery tone: ‘We’re just having an argument.’

When quizzed about it, he says the argument is about ‘our f***ing life!’ while raising his hands in the air.

‘It’s destroyed!’ he continues, again flapping his arms up in the air.

When the officer, who sounded flustered at Kroy’s tone, asked what had precipitated the fight, the former athlete blamed it on ‘her inability to f***ing solve problems, or address them, or do anything!’

Kroy appeared to get upset that the officer was even on the scene.

‘There’s nothing to do! You shouldn’t even be here! Who called you?’ he said while flapping his arms up and down.

‘Your kids,’ the officer replied, adding that it was probably someone inside the house, though he didn’t say which child had made the call for help.

‘What kid?!’ Kroy responded, before adding that he and Kim had been ‘outside the whole time.’

When the officer tried to get Kroy to explain why he was getting ‘so heated,’ he didn’t turn down the temperature at all but instead repeated, ‘Because our life is destroyed!’

He then paused for a couple seconds with his eyes wide and his mouth hanging open while he held his arms stretched straight out to his sides.

‘What don’t you understand?!’ he asked aggressively.

‘There’s no money! There’s no house! We’re getting divorced one day, we’re not the next! She’s f***ing other men! What do you want?!’ he continued screaming as his voice sounded increasingly raw.

It’s not clear which of their children phoned for help, but the sources noted that it was one of their four younger children, which would rule out Kim’s older children Brielle, 26, and Ariana, 22, both of whom are from previous relationships.

The exes also share sons KJ, 12; Kash, 11; and fraternal twins Kane and Kaia, nine, one of whom reportedly called the police.

The shocking incident has been one of several times that Kim and Kroy have had the police visit them since their messy separation began.

Earlier this month a judge ruled that the former pair have to adhere to a strict schedule in using the closet in their Georgia mansion, according to court documents obtained by TMZ.

Kim has been authorized to enter their master bedroom closet Monday to Friday, limited to the timeframe from 9 AM to 3 PM.

Kroy is strictly prohibited from using the closet during those hours, meaning Kim has exclusive access. While Kroy doesn’t have set hours, he can access his wardrobe before or after Kim’s designated time.

The new arrangement comes almost six months after a judge ruled Kim to stay in the basement/nanny quarters of their home, while Kroy remains upstairs in the primary bedroom.

The report also follows the news that the former couple are on the brink of losing their home as their lender issued a warning of foreclosure, unless legal action is taken.

In January, the duo dropped the price of the mansion to $4.5 million, after initially listing it on the market in October for $6 million.

Both Kim and Kroy filed for divorce after 11 years of marriage in May of 2023. Later in July, Kim filed to dismiss the divorce case, sparking rumors of a reconciliation.

But by August, Kroy re-filed for divorce.

Kim and the former Atlanta Falcons NFL star first met in 2010 after crossing paths at the Dancing With Atlanta Stars charity event. They tied the knot one year later in November 11, 2011.
