Courteney Cox recreates ’80s Bruce Springsteen Dancing in the Dark tunes video second on TikTok

Courteney Cox has jumped on a TikTok development, recreating an legendary second from the ’80s

The actress began her video clip by responding to the prompt, “Asking my mum how she dances in the ’80s.”

Cox began dancing to Bronski Beat’s Smalltown Boy right before unzipping her hoodie to expose a Bruce Springsteen T-shirt.

The history new music then changes to Springsteen’s Dancing in the Dim – the strike music that famously showcased a younger Cox in its audio video.

Cox then starts dancing as she did in the tunes video.

In a flash, the video clip cuts again to the original instant of Cox and Springsteen dancing jointly in 1984 soon after the musician pulled Cox – putting on the similar T-shirt – on stage mid-concert.

Springsteen was carrying out in St. Paul, Minnesota when he invited a then-unidentified enthusiast to dance with him on stage.

Her 25-next cameo would go on to be recognized as the “Courteney Cox moment.”

A long time later on, Cox spoke about how she auditioned for the coveted Springsteen movie position alongside experienced dancers, inspite of having no dancing working experience.

“I considered I was in the wrong put,” Cox recalled on the Howard Stern Display in 2022.

“I was like, ‘I you should not know what they are executing, but I cannot even bend my leg. Like, this is it.'”

“It was so uncomfortable. I feel which is why I got it, due to the fact I was pretty much like [nervously saying], ‘OK.’ I imagine which is what they preferred, a admirer that just could not think it.”

“I do come to feel like when I enjoy the video, when I see it, I suggest, God, did you see my dance? It was pathetic,” she laughed.

“I am not a bad dancer, but that was terrible. I was so nervous.”

Springsteen didn’t know Cox was joining him on stage at the time, regardless of her auditioning for the second.
