Avneet Kaur clears the air around her marriage rumours
While interacting with the media during a launch event, the 22-year-old opened up about her plans for marriage. According to ETimes, Avneet has clarified that she isn’t getting married anytime soon, and emphasised that there’s plenty of time before she gets hitched. Asking why everyone is worried about her marriage, Avneet said:
“Now, this one question has been asked so many times, I don’t know why everyone is so worried about my marriage; let me tell you, there is plenty of time in my marriage, so calm down and wait a little longer.”

Avneet Kaur says she believes in love marriage
Avneet, in the same interaction, shared that she personally believed in love marriages, and further added that she would like to get her parents’ blessings as and when she falls in love and decides to get married. Adding a humorous touch to her answer, she said that if her parents would not agree then she would cry alone. In her words:
“I personally believe in love marriage, but if I can get my parents’ blessings for a love marriage, it becomes arranged and love marriage, I wish to have something like that, and if I cannot get it, I think I am going to cry alone then.”

At the mere age of 22, Avneet has ticked off many things from her list, one of them being the prestigious Cannes Film Festival. The actress made history as she became the youngest person to unveil a movie poster at Cannes. However, her success was marred by people’s mockery. She was brutally trolled online for attending the prestigious film festival at the French Riviera.

Avneet Kaur responded to the brutal backlash she received after her Cannes debut
While interacting with News18, the 22-year-old opened up about her Cannes debut and mentioned that she was extremely proud of her presence at the film festival. Further, when Avneet was questioned about the negativity regarding her Cannes debut on social media, the actress called it unfortunate and shared how people questioned her for attending the event and mocked her. In her words:
“It was the biggest news and everyone should be proud of that and take pride in that. If Taha Shah or anyone has gone there, it’s a great thing. People should be happy for that. He’s gone for his film, I think, and I went for my film as well. I went to release my poster. People do ask me, ‘Yeh kyun chali gayi waha? Iska kya jana bana?’ Ulta dekh ke khush hona chahiye. I don’t understand why there is so much negativity without any reason.”
